She ticked every box to get the scoop on this sweet subject, interviewing ice cream shop owners and scoopers, taste-testing ice cream, and doing deep dives into websites, social media, and local history to create the ultimate guide to ice cream on Cape Cod. Maria will talk about her research and writing process and give the lowdown on our local ice cream shops.
