Jeanne Schumacher will answer this question in her lecture on the benefits of plant-based living and maintaining a healthy diet in the library’s Craine Room. This eye opening presentation will show the benefits of a plant-based lifestyle. Whole plant-based foods contain plenty of fiber, zero dietary cholesterol, and low amounts of saturated fats—a winning combination for heart health. Learn about the amazing benefits to your health and how you can take charge and control your health destiny.

A longtime champion of plant-based living, Jeanne works to teach others how they can make healthy choices in all areas of life so that they can enjoy it to the fullest extent. She has a doctorate in science and education and has taught chemistry, biology, and environmental science for over 30 years. Now she is working to help others make the changes necessary to improve their health and increase their longevity.
