Jane Scarborough, professor of Constitutional law, leads this one-class program on the Supreme Court’s upcoming 2021-2022 term, projected to be the most significant one in decades. After a brief summary of the most important cases from the last term that ended in July, Scarborough will discuss the issues raised by cases that are already on the Court’s calendar and will make some predictions regarding cases that the Court has not yet decided to hear.
